Riser Management
We serve as the single point of contact for the comprehensive oversight, coordination, and upkeep of your building’s vertical riser system and its associated areas. This typically spans from the building’s main telephone room (Minimum Point of Entry, or MPOE) through to the riser closets located on each floor.

Our service coverage begins at the carrier entry point of the building—commonly referred to as the Network Point of Presence (NETPOP) or MPOE—and extends all the way to the tenant’s demarcation point (DEMARC). We take full responsibility for the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) and the complete vertical riser infrastructure throughout the property.

Infrastructure Audits
We conduct a comprehensive, property-wide assessment of the building’s telecommunications infrastructure. This audit is continuously updated to ensure we can proactively identify issues and respond swiftly with solutions as tenant and ownership needs evolve.
Our audit services include:

A fully web-accessible inventory of the Riser System, detailing all telecommunications rooms and conduit pathways. This centralized system streamlines data access and enhances operational efficiency for our clients.

Detection of deficiencies or limitations within the riser system, accompanied by a structured remediation plan addressing concerns such as capacity constraints or abandoned cabling.
